Three different speakers will provide cross-sector perspectives on new maritime technologies and the implementation of new procedures and ways of working; this includes emerging technologies such as blockchain, ways in which ports adapt to increasing remote working and automation, and perspectives on how these technological developments inform cyber security issues.

Speakers will include Dr Miriam Goldby from Queen Mary, University of London, Kevin Martin from Royal HaksoningDHV and Dr Stavros Karamperidis from Plymouth University as well as Richard White, Managing Director of Maritech.

The event is supported by programme sponsor Royal HaskoningDHV, as well as Clarksons Platou and Maritech and is a part of Maritime UK's Maritime Masters programme. Read more here.

The event is especially aimed at students participating in the Maritime Masters programme, but is open to all. Speaker presentations will be followed by a Q&A session. A recording of the webinar will be made available on-demand.
