Isabela Tatu

Isabela has over 20 years’ experience in commodities, trading and shipping. 

For the last 13 years, she has been engaged in the bunker sector, working in various positions, including physical supply, terminal management, trading, fuel procurement. 

Isabela held various leadership and managerial positions, one of her greatest achievement been whilst leading a team of 14 people with equal genre and diversity. 

For the last few years, she has been working on bringing digitisation to the industry, through blockchain and renewable energy projects. 

Isabela is very passionate about empowering and inspiring people and brings a holistic approach to the industry through various coaching and developments programs she has been taken over the years.
