Jenny Mijares

Jenny has over 15 years experience in HR and 10 years supporting the Engineering Director and Senior Leadership team of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. Jenny has worked with all areas of engineering teams focusing on engagement, succession, wellbeing, change activity. As a member of the project team that has led the RNLI's contribution to the annual International Women in Engineering event, Jenny understands the importance of encouraging and investing in equal opportunities for all.
