Polly has nearly two decades of people management experience in teaching, leisure, and hospitality. She is new to Maritime and currently project managing the launch of Shoreham Port's new café. She is an active inclusion advocate and psychology postgraduate, known for her authentic and energetic commitment to diversity in every employment setting, and for pioneering to push back the invisible barriers that can exclude potential and skills from a workforce. Polly is keen to bring her successful, approachable and inclusive interview skills to any forum where they would offer a warmer welcome to Maritime, for everyone.
