With over 30 years’ shipping industry experience, Heidi has been CEO of Halcyon Recruitment, specialist recruiters within the shore based maritime and shipping markets, since 2008 where she leads Executive Search and SearchLite recruitment activities, as well as bespoke projects (including diversity, inclusion and employee engagement; remuneration and benefits; benchmarking; feasibility studies and employee planning).
Heidi also co-founded the Diversity Study Group (DSG) in 2018 to support the shipping and maritime industry’s need for greater diversity and inclusion through global benchmarking, networking opportunities and consulting.
