Natalie Shaw is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is responsible for HR policy at UN agencies on behalf of the International Chamber of Shipping. She was involved in the development of the ILO MLC 2006 and ILO Convention 185 and also in the Mainila amendments to the STCW Convention at IMO. Prior to joining ICS 18 years ago, Natalie was an HR professional in a variety of roles within the car industry.
