Join us to celebrate International Women's Day at Belfast Harbour!

The reception will bring together the maritime community in Northern Ireland and hear from Maritime UK's Women in Maritime Taskforce.

The Taskforce will be launching two new resources during the day and will be inviting local organisations within the maritime sector to pledge their support for the Women in Maritime programme. Both resources have been created to respond to challenges identified by companies when working to create a more diverse workforce.

The first resource is a 'Speaker Bank', which will provide details of women speakers to join panels and speak at conferences, and the second is an 'interview pool' to loan HR professionals to companies that may lack particular diversity HR specialism.

Lunch will be provided.
