All students who are currently studying for a degree or higher degree in maritime studies are welcome to attend in person or connect virtually.

Titled Future skills for the global maritime industry, the seminar will provide some practical advice on recruitment, learning and the ongoing development of the skills which will be needed by the maritime industry’s different stakeholders at a time of unprecedented change.

Four speakers will provide expert insights:

Joe Wade and Natalie Martinkova, Royal HaskoningDHV, will discuss a number of topics including digital ways of working, Natalie’s own experience of the RHDHV graduate launch programme, the skills she has developed during her time at the leading independent consultancy, as well as her career development and ambitions;

Kiran Brown, Head of Talent Acquisition, Clarksons, will provide an update on the group’s new global trainee broker programme which will commence in September 2023; and

Chris Roberts, MICS, Chartering & Renewables Consultant Clarksons, will share his personal experiences of meeting the challenges of studying for a professional qualification.

The seminar will start at 5.30pm , conclude at 7pm  and will be followed by a reception in the Ocean Club. If anyone is interested in attending, either in person or virtually, please register using the form below.

Maritime Masters is organised by Maritime UK and sponsored by Clarksons, Royal HaskoningDHV and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
