UK SHORE - High TRL innovation industry workshop and engagement

The Department for Transport, Innovate UK and Innovate UK KTN would like to invite industry to engage with government in an online workshop exploring high TRL innovations around clean maritime technologies.

In May 2022, the new £206m UK Shipping Office for Reducing Emissions (UK SHORE) in DfT committed to a number of interventions to accelerate the decarbonisation of the maritime sector. To support low-mid TRL innovations, the Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition has so far awarded 86 projects a share of ~£38m. This workshop is aimed at higher TRL solutions and will give industry an opportunity to shape future interventions and support the development of high TRL innovations in the maritime industry.
