The theme for National Inclusion Week 2026 (September 14th - 20th 2026) reflects how organisations are navigating changing expectations, economic pressure and increasing scrutiny whilst continuing to build workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

Join Maritime UK at the Department for Transport for updates on programmes, to share best practice and plan our activity into 2027.
