The global supply and demand for seafarers in 2015

The BIMCO and ICS Manpower Reports are regarded as the most comprehensive assessment of global supply of and demand for seafarers. The 2015 Report builds on updates conducted in 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010. This report has two main purposes: to describe the current worldwide supply and demand situation for seafarers; and to make predictions about the likely position in 5-10 years time, to help the industry anticipate developments and take appropriate action.
