Investment and Collaboration opportunities in SW of the UK Ocean Economy

Maritime UK South West is home to a world leading ocean technology cluster which contributes £3.82BN in gross value add to the UK economy per annum and employs over twenty five thousand people. The South West of the UK has ocean technology in its DNA. This one hour long session will focus on three high potential clusters of excellence found in the South West of the UK: 

• Marine autonomy and Geospatial Data, 

• Floating Offshore Wind and 

• Sustainable Aquaculture. 

Leading experts from each cluster will talk about the key regional assets, current projects and opportunities for growth, investment and collaboration in each cluster. 

The presentations will allow some time for questions and will provide key points of contact if participants wish to be introduced to partners from the Maritime UK South West network or find out more about investment opportunities and local support available.
