Alison is an experienced HR Business Partner for the Tankship division of James Fisher who is knowledgeable ER Consultant and Project Specialist, Workplace Mediator, and Qualified Suicide/ Mental Health First Aider. Skilled in project management, reward, complexed case consultancy and decision-making within tight timescales gained from many years in Financial sector before moving into this area 3 years ago. 

Alison is extremely flexible, collaborative, and organised, whilst experienced in contributing and leading projects at pace working both agilely and creatively to mitigate risks, influence outcomes and manage expectations. She is also personable and balanced in style to ensure early rapport with key stakeholders, external suppliers, teams, and business areas whilst applying a commercial and compassionate lens to all situations.
