Jane Morris

Jane has a vast amount of experience in recruitment and interviewing throughout her career, including working at Maersk. Jane has worked with strategic plans that include D and I actions and measurements, and rolled out training courses for leaders about the benefits of having a D and I culture in the organisation. Jane has spent most of her working life as the " only women in the Board Room" and understands the challenges that can lead to. Her global exposure has taught her to appreciate different cultures and values. Jane would like to see women and girls being given a chance to show their strengths, skills and passion.
